Why it matters
The district says these committee meetings must be noticed and open to the public, but the school board calendar also says they are not official board meetings and that no final agency action will be taken at the meeting. Recommendations from the review step go to the superintendent and/or school board for later consideration.
What residents can do
Residents who want to follow the process can attend the public session and send questions to instructionalmaterials@pasco.k12.fl.us.
