The neighbors behind Pasco County
Pasco County Community Websiteis written and shared by volunteers who live here. They spot what's happening on their street, at their kids' school and at the shops they already visit, write it up, and pass it along so the rest of the community hears about it too. Nobody here is paid for it. They do it because it is their town.
Our community contributors
Anton is a student at the University of South Florida and has lived in Wesley Chapel since 2017. He is usually the first to notice when something new goes up along the highway, or when a familiar spot quietly closes. He writes about the changes younger residents tend to spot first.
Cheryl has sold real estate around Wesley Chapel for more than a decade, long enough to have watched whole neighborhoods appear from raw ground. She writes about development, housing and the roads that arrive with them. If a new community is breaking ground, she has usually already driven past it twice.
Jason runs a small business in the Wesley Chapel area and has been here since 2021. He covers the local business beat: what is opening, what is expanding, and who is behind it. He is a regular customer at most of the places he ends up writing about.
Larry moved up from Tampa in 2003 and ran his own business here until he retired. He has watched Wesley Chapel change from a quiet stretch of highway into what it is today. He writes with the long view, on what has changed, what has not, and what locals used to call things.
