Seven Oaks is a premier master-planned community comprising nearly 30 pocket neighborhoods of single-family homes and townhomes, anchored by the signature 17-acre Sports Club with resort-class amenities. The CDD was established in January 2001, and homes were built from 2002 through 2018 by multiple national builders. With approximately 4,200 residents, it is one of Wesley Chapel's largest and most established communities.
